About Your Coach, Matthew Cullen
Working as a coach, consultant and hypnotherapist since 2009, Matthew is the ideal person to guide you to success at the Empowered Coach Academy.
Matthew still works as an anxiety-focussed coach and hypnotherapist. His practice launched in 2013 and achieved 6-figure profits within two years. He has now served more than 1,000 clients on a one-to-one basis.
Prior to becoming a coach, Matthew worked as a freelance marketing consultant in London from 2009 to 2016 serving clients such as advertising giants Ogilvy and Wunderman, as well as corporations of all sizes.

There are two complete training programs included with the Academy membership:
1. The Empowered Coach Method - This is available on-demand, immediately accessible when you join ECA,
2. Set & Forget Marketing - This is a live training that starts 21st September and runs for 6 weeks. You do NOT need to attend live
Once the Set & Forget Marketing live sessions are completed, they will be placed inside the learning portal for same day access in case you miss the live session. The recordings will remain in the portal permanently and form part of the ECA syllabus
As part of your ECA membership you get a 90-minute, private coaching session with Matthew to ensure you follow the best path to a successful coaching practice inside the Academy.
Additionally, there is a weekly group coaching session where you are guaranteed a 15-minute hotseat to work on any area of the program, including the self-coaching techniques and the promotional strategies.
The Empowered Coach Academy is open to applications from all coaches, therapists, consultant, educators and agents of change.

The Empowered Coach Academy is a single investment of $4,950. Due to the upcoming Set & Forget live program inside the Academy, we are not able to offer a payment plan.
Set & Forget Marketing launches 21st September and runs through 29th October. Live sessions are held Monday and Thursday at 9am-11am Pacific. You do NOT need to attend live.
The Facebook group for the live program opens 10th September and closes 15th November.
Thereafter support for Set & Forget Marketing continues inside the Academy for the whole of your membership.
You do not need to have any clients to be accepted into the Empowered Coach Academy. You also do not need to be certain which coaching business you wish to create.
We invite members to join us based on shared values and a desire to start helping people. As long as we are a good fit, the Empowered Coach Academy will help you fill in the details and get paying clients,
Even if you have zero experience, as long as you wish to start serving clients, you are welcome to apply for the academy.
No. The Set & Forget Marketing campaign is designed to work for coaches who have taken zero action to promote their business. Moreover, after running the campaign for a short while you will have both a social following and an email list.
