Code of Conduct

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES — EMPOWERED COACH ACADEMY
Effective Date: 28/JAN/2026

Welcome to the Empowered Coach Academy community (“Community”). This Community exists to support learning, growth, and implementation in a respectful, professional environment.

By joining or participating in the Community (including live calls, chat, and any related spaces), you agree to these Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service.

1) BE RESPECTFUL
- Treat members with respect and professionalism.
- No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, bullying, threats, or hostile conduct.
- No name-calling, shaming, or aggressive personal attacks.

2) CONFIDENTIALITY IS REQUIRED
- Keep what others share confidential.
- Do not share, repost, quote, screenshot, or distribute other members’ personal or business information outside the Community.
- Use discretion when sharing your own personal information.

Important: While confidentiality is required, we cannot guarantee other members’ behavior. If you are sharing something highly sensitive, consider whether a private professional setting is more appropriate.

3) NO RECORDING OR REDISTRIBUTION
- You may not record, screenshot, screen-capture, download, or redistribute Community content or live calls (including chat logs and replays).
- Sharing Program materials or recordings outside the Program is a violation of Terms and may result in removal without refund.

4) NO SPAM / NO SOLICITATION
- No unsolicited promotions, affiliate links, “DM me for details,” recruitment, or pitching services to members.
- No scraping member information or adding members to mailing lists.
- If the Company creates designated threads for sharing services, use only those spaces and follow posted rules.

5) KEEP IT SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE
- This is coaching and education, not therapy or medical care.
- Do not give medical, legal, financial, or mental health diagnoses or instructions.
- If someone appears to be in crisis or at risk, encourage professional support.

6) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Program materials, templates, recordings, and resources are owned by Fieldstone Ventures OÜ (trading as Empowered Coach / Empowered Coach Academy) or its licensors.
- Do not copy, republish, sell, or distribute any materials or content that isn’t yours.

7) MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT
We aim for a supportive, high-trust environment. We may take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- Content removal
- Warning or temporary mute
- Removal from the Community and/or Program for misconduct or violations
- Access suspension/termination for non-payment

Removal for violations may occur without refund, and does not eliminate any remaining payment obligations on a payment plan (where permitted by law).

8) HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE
If you see a violation or feel unsafe, report it by emailing:

Include screenshots or links where possible (do not repost publicly).

9) UPDATES
We may update these Guidelines as the Community evolves. Continued participation means you accept the latest version.
